A specific tool was introduced for tour operators – issue of vouchers instead money refund. aim this paper identify and analyse risks measure offered by Czech government. identification based combination sources methods. methodologies used are open-question questionnaire in-depth interviews. From preliminary results, it anticipated that real connected with insurance validity, vouchers´ validity operators´ future cash flow.
